Charles Gholz is a Master of the Pauline Newman IP American Inn of Court and is responsible for organizing one meeting annually.
This year’s meeting was entitled “Fifty Years of Patent Law: The Top Ten Developments” and was held on October 19, 2022 at Oblon’s Alexandria office. The guest speaker was Professor Donald Chisum, who is known for being the sole author of the Chisum on Patents and the Patent Law Digest. At this meeting, Professor Chisum discussed the top ten developments in patent law from over the last fifty years. About 50 were in attendance, in-person and more online.
