TC 1600 Post Grant Library Overview

The PTO's Technology Center 1600 (TC 1600) covers a variety of biotech, chemical, and pharmaceutical technologies. Post-grant proceedings such as inter partes reviews (IPRs) and post-grant reviews (PGRs) are playing an increasingly-important role in these technical fields, particularly in the pharmaceutical area with patent challenges involving generics and biosimilars. Oblon is proud to provide its TC 1600 Post-Grant Library which represents a listing of every IPR and PGR in TC 1600. The Library includes key status points for each proceeding and associates the proceedings to drug products where applicable.
